“Found this car in Missouri. The engine and drivetrain was restored by a previous owner who bought it from a woman in 2000. I bought it from the man who bought it from him and who restored the car cosmetically and re-did the interior. He supplied all the records (A veritable book!) from the man he bought it from and for himself. I am saving all records myself for the day that I pass it on… Don’t ask, Not tomorrow.
I have buffed out the paint, connected all gauges and fixed all wiring (Lights & signals didn’t work or were cut) added a high output alternator (It’s negative ground now), halogen headlighs and LED lamps for the gauges and signals, high- output water pump, aluminum radiator, electric fan under a new metal fan shroud, high-volume heater valve and electronic ignition along with a new battery. I repainted the engine and engine bay before all this, so it looks new again.
