“I bought this car many years ago from a gentleman living in Antioch, California. It was all original, even down to the wire terminals, as well as every nut and bolt.
However, the transmission was not attached, as well as other parts. I rebuilt this car totally and had a friend of mine, who recently opened an auto repair and paint and body shop, paint the car for me, of course – with the original Pimento color.
I’ve owned several Triumph’s in the past, but when I sold a prior TR 6 – years ago, and regretted it till this day – I was lucky to find this Triumph, with the same color and year, my dream car was realized.”
